As a Certified Locating Organisation, Pulse has met stringent policies and requirements set forth by BYDA Certification, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and quality. Warren's dedication to excellence is evident in his successful completion of all assessments to become a 'Before You Dig Australia' (BYDA) certified underground utility locator.

Complementing Warren's expertise is Meagan, whose 25 years in the telecommunications sector have honed her skills to perfection. Starting from the ground up at Telstra, Meagan ascended the ranks to become a senior project manager before joining the Pulse team. Now, she oversees the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that every client receives the personalised attention and professionalism they deserve.
